Truffle Route in Lluçanès

The Lluçanès Truffle Route is an agri-food tourist route linked to knowledge about the truffle, a product of great gastronomic value and exceptional properties. The Lluçanès is a territory that combines the climatic conditions, the characteristics of the land and an ideal vegetation for the development of the truffle.

From the hand of the different agents of the territory that are part of the route, they will be able to discover their production, learn about their qualities and properties, taste the truffles and experience them on their own skin.

An experience for all the senses!

The Route proposes 3 activities:

Organizes: Lluçanès Consortium.

  • Guided visit to a truffle plantation, owned by the producers Noir et Blanc.

    Activity of knowledge and dissemination of the truffle to value this appreciated product of the land, in Central Catalonia and in Lluçanès, of great gastronomic value.

  • Tasting / pairing of fresh truffle with wines and distillates by David Gomis

    The sommelier, maître d’ and chef, David Gomis, will take you to enjoy a unique and intense experience around this little treasure of the earth, with highly valued gastronomic properties.

  • Truffle therapy treatment by the Eva Diéguez beauty center

    The activity consists of a truffle therapy treatment to hydrate and nourish the skin, providing it with a large amount of minerals through products with truffles. An exfoliant, a mud wrap and an active massage will be performed to improve circulation and help regenerate tissues.

Three schools will receive the Lluçanès Truffle Route in their schools during Trufforum week:

  • Escuela La Forja (Alpens). Tuesday February 22. From 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • FEDAC (Prats de Lluçanès). Wednesday February 23. From 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Lluçanès School (Prats de Lluçanès). Friday February 25. From 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
