Every year and for the last four years, Trufforum has been celebrating the truffle with an international event that highlights the know-how of the main truffle regions.

Organized by the European Mycological Institute (EMI), the Trufforum Occitanie 2022 with the support of the Region wishes to introduce as many people as possible to the values and culture of the Occitanie truffle. A true symbol of regional gastronomy, the Occitanie truffle, counts this year through an unprecedented program of conferences, workshops and 100% digital meetings.
