Chef David Andrés, head chef at Via Veneto (Barcelona) and co-owner of the Somiatruites restaurant and hotel (Igualada), works daily so that his clients can enjoy creative and coherent cuisine with excellent products, with an attentive look both at the past and to the future. In the Via Veneto creativity is incorporated with the utmost respect for the 50 years of life of this historic restaurant, while in the Somiatruites, it offers a current and fun gastronomic proposal, traditional and affordable.
