For the fourth consecutive year, Vic will host the nomination ceremony for the Truffle Ambassador of Honor. After Carme Ruscalleda and Toni Balam (2019), Ferran Adrià (2020) and Nandu Jubany (2021), it is time for a double recognition: on the one hand, David Andrés (Via Veneto Restaurante and Somiatruites). And, on the other, posthumously, to Santi Santamaria, coinciding with the tenth anniversary of his death.
